Hello! My name is Kyle Perzanoski and I’m new manager of the Coolidge Corner Office of Brookline Bank. I’ve been with Brookline Bank for 11 years, and when I first moved to the Boston area in 2003, I lived in Coolidge Corner! So, I’m no stranger to this wonderful town and all it has to offer its residents and businesses. I’ve been a chamber member in every town in which I’ve served, and I believe in the great work that chambers of commerce can do. Aside from helping people and businesses reach their financial goals, I teach yoga and I’m a self-proclaimed foodie and book/music/movie enthusiast. I’m very excited to be back in Coolidge Corner and I look forward to contributing to this great community!

Prior to starting the practice, Doug’s work encompassed tax return preparation, financial statement audits and reviews, researching tax matters, and numerous consulting projects for a regional CPA firm in downtown Boston ultimately in a manager role.

Alyssa Bickoff was born and raised in Brookline and no matter where she lives in and around Boston, she will always consider it home. Alyssagraduated from Brandeis University with a B.A in Business. Upon graduation, she joined her family business, Commercial Cleaning Service Inc., where she took on the role of, Director of Marketing and New Business. Alyssa is also proud to be a volunteer at Temple Israel in Nantasket where she has managed the operations of the synagogue from a young age. She is also the current Young Alumni Chair at Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Boston where she plans social activities and raises money.

Lisa Wisel is owner and manager of the VineRipe Grill and Catering at the Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course in Chestnut Hill. Since taking over the restaurant in 2005, the VineRipe Grill has grown from a golfer’s hot dog stand to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to non-golfing guests who can’t resist their 12-hour smoked pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Planning catering events from small dinner gatherings to corporate parties over 500 people is what Lisa loves to do. Whether experiencing the cozy fireplace or the outdoor porch at the VineRipe Grill, or hiring them to come to you, their reputation for outstanding food and excellent service will not disappoint. Lisa has lived in Brookline for 32 years with her husband and four children.

Tim is originally from Brookline and is a trustee for the Harvard Green Company, a commercial real estate holding company located in Brookline, Massachusetts. In addition to Tim’s position as trustee for the Harvard Green company, Tim is in the mortgage banking industry. Tim graduated from Brookline High School in 1979 and the University of Massachusetts/Amherst with a B.A. degree in political science and economics. Tim is an Ambassador for the Brookline Chamber of Commerce and is always seeking ways for Brookline businesses to improve their business with advocacy and assistance from the Brookline Chamber of Commerce.

Arnold Schaffer is a Certified Public Accountant with over 50 years of public accounting experience. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and received his Accounting degree from Bentley College. Arnold is the President of his own firm, Godes, Schaffer & Co PC. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Association of Public Accountants. He is an officer of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce, and Brookline Rotary. He is a trustee of his condo associations in Newton, MA and Boca Raton, FL. He provides accounting, tax, and consultation services such as facilitating negotiations between potential buyers and sellers of businesses.

David has been in financial services industry for 16 years. He has managed branches and Sales Teams in Business Banking. David has been a business banking officer for 12 years. He has worked with the area community development corporations and has been helping small businesses grow on a consistent basis. David has in addition worked with many nonprofits as well helping both for profit and nonprofits grow in difficult business environments. David is also fluent in Spanish. David attended the University of Massachusetts with a BA in Economics. David is married with two children. David has a strong belief in giving back to the community and has had involvement with many local nonprofits including; Brookline Chamber, Brookline Merchants Association, Brookline Youth Baseball, Brookline Youth Soccer, Camp Rotary, Roslindale Board of Trade ,CDC 504 review Committee, Rebuilding Boston, Boston Senior Money Management State-wide Board, Tastes of Roslindale, Life is Good Children’s Festival, Brookline-Day, The Sunday School.

In addition to experience working in finance, Ryan has had a fellowship at Harvard’s Kennedy School. He has served
in Washington, D.C., as a Personal Aide to the U.S. Trade Representative and in the White House Office of Management and Budget as an Assistant to the Chief Economist. Ryan earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate
degree from the University of Maryland, where he delivered the student commencement address.
Ryan lives in Brookline with his wife and daughter. In his free time he serves on the board of the Penn Club of Boston and volunteers with the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association.
Ms. Carolyn Sandel, a locally experienced professional in seniors housing and assisted living, serves as Executive Director of Goddard House Assisted Living.
Carolyn’s Brookline roots go back to her 13 years with Hebrew Senior Life’s Center Communities where she worked with both resident services and property management. While working in Brookline, Carolyn was very involved in the community serving as Executive Board Member for the Brookline Chamber of Commerce and was named 2009 Business Person of the Year.
Most recently Carolyn served as Executive Director of The Arbors Assisted Living in Stoughton, and previously, as Executive Director of the affordably oriented Zelma Lacey House in Charlestown. A licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), Carolyn has degrees from Simmons College and Suffolk University.
Over her career, Carolyn has been recognized for her open communication style, commitment to guiding seniors and their families through an often difficult journey, and a proven track record as a strong leader who supports staff development and embraces creative initiatives. Carolyn’s values align with both the mission of the Goddard House and the values of Senior Living Residences which manages the day to day operations of the community on behalf of the Board of Trustees.

Born in Lebanon, Elias Audy came to the United States at age 19 to study at the University of Houston in Texas and then at Northeastern University. Elias owns and operates 2 Mobil stations in Brookline and a used car dealership, Cypress Automart. Outside of his businesses and being a very devoted family man, Elias likes to spend his time sharing and caring for people in need. Elias was the first recipient of an annual Elias F. Audy Civic Award given by the Brookline Police Mutual Aid association, for promoting civic unity and encouraging efforts in addressing neighborhood issues. Elias has also received awards from the Kids Clothes Club, the Brookline Chamber of Commerce, the Brookline Educators Union, and Mobil Oil. Elias is a very active Rotarian and served as the president of the Brookline Rotary Club 1999-2000. He has also served on the Boards of the Brookline Music School and the Brookline Foundation, and is a Member of the Commercial Area Committee for the Town of Brookline.

Lisa is a committed real estate professional who provides her clients with a personalized service complete with local knowledge and market insight. As a lifelong resident of the greater Boston area, Lisa has first-hand knowledge within the many diverse communities her clients are looking to buy and sell. Lisa began her real estate career as the Director of Relocation for Savoir Faire Properties; a relocation company that specializes in moving international clients and their families to the Greater Boston areas. Lisa joined William Raveis in 2008 where she continues to offer buyers and sellers a high level of real estate service. Whether marketing a property or negotiating a sale, she skillfully navigates both the first-time homebuyer and savvy homeowner through each unique real estate transaction and changing market trends.

Deborah Bradley is the owner of Boston SEO Geeks, an online marketing firm based in Brookline.
As a computer science major at Columbia University and programmer at IBM Research, Deborah was always intrigued by algorithms. After some time, however, Deborah realized that she wasn’t that into building super-computers for the government and she let her techie-head explore other realms.
Ultimately, she caught the Google bug, became an SEO expert, and now uses her love of algorithms to help local and national businesses shoot up the organic search engine rankings so that they can be found exactly where their ideal customers are searching for them.
Deborah is a Brookline native who spends most of her “spare” time running after her 3 daughters and taking the occasional dance class.
Capital One, Manager, Coolidge Corner Branch
Rachel Burack has enjoyed working, shopping, and networking in Brookline. Rachel brings a comprehensive set of experiences to Capital One, and the Brookline Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, including non-profit and for-profit leadership experience which includes: people leadership; community engagement; business development; strategic planning; extensive collaborative work with a number of Board of Director entities; customer relationship management strategies; program development; fundraising (grassroot, corporate, and individual giving); and public service.
She is most proud of the partnership that she helped to create and facilitate between Junior Achievement, Capital One, and Steps to Success to bring financial literacy and workforce readiness education to students at Brookline High School. This relationship has continued to expand over the last three years.

Amelia Egan is the Marketing Director at Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty with offices in Brookline, Newton and Jamaica Plain. She brings more than ten years of public relations and strategic communications experience, joining a dynamic organization of more than 75 agents and employees. Amelia is responsible for the company’s marketing communications, advertising, social media, branding and more.
Prior to joining Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty, Amelia served as Account Director for Boston-based, public relations and marketing agency Cone Communications, where she implemented successful, award-winning programs aimed at building awareness and driving revenue for a range of consumer lifestyle accounts.
Amelia Egan earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Century Bank, Branch Manager for Coolidge Corner
Emma Lindsay is proud to have joined the Century Bank family in July of this year to lead their Coolidge Corner location. Emma has thirteen years of financial services experience, beginning her career as a part time teller while earning her degree at the University of Connecticut. In addition to branch management Emma has served as a corporate sponsorship liaison, and marketing manager for her previous banks. Her favorite part of her role is developing and growing her team, and helping customers achieve their financial goals. Emma prides herself on her community engagement. She has served on the board of the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce (2014-2015) the board of the Tolland County Young Professionals group (2015-2016), and spent two years serving as the Secretary for the Northeast CT Business Networking International Group.
In her free time you can find Emma with her husband, daughters, and yellow lab in one of Brookline’s parks or hiking in the White Mountains.
Deputy Superintendent Michael Gropman
Brookline Police Department Community Services Division
Deputy Superintendent Michael Gropman is the Commanding Officer of the Community Service Division which works with town and local institutions to improve services, quality of life issues, and develop strong bonds with various populations. Deputy Superintendent Gropman has a police career that began in 1989. He uses his vast amount of training and experience to be an effective sounding board and mentor to the personnel of the Community Service Division and the Department at large. He is also a volunteer with USA Hockey, Newton Girls Hockey, as well as an adjunct professor at Mt. Ida College in Newton and Newbury College in Brookline. Deputy Superintendent Gropman holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College, and a Doctorate in Human Development from Boston University.

In addition to focusing on customer satisfaction, Nick’s longtime commitment to Paris Restaurant Group includes managing a unique financial model of open book management, which gives employees a stake in the financial health of the company. As the Co-Chair of the Chamber’s annual holiday celebration, Nick brings the fun… and the crepes… to the Brookline community.

Andrea moved to the Boston area nearly twenty years ago and fell in love with Brookline. She is proud to call Brookline home and has been raising her two children here. She is a member of St. Mary’s of the Assumption church. She is a graduate of Boston College (Biology) and Suffolk University Law School. Andrea has worked for the Boston firm of Burns & Levinson for her entire career. In over a decade as a litigator, Andrea has represented individuals and corporations small and large in prosecuting or defending claims. Andrea appears before countless administrative agencies, Massachusetts state courts, Massachusetts federal court and the appeals courts. In her civil litigation practice, Andrea represents both corporate entities and individuals in all stages of dispute resolution from initial consultation, administrative proceeding, negotiation and mediation, and court proceedings.
Merrill & McGeary
Cameron joined Merrill & McGeary as an Associate in August, 2012. His practices focus primarily on real estate litigation and transactions and all aspects of condominium law. Cameron oversees Merrill and McGeary’s Landlord Tenant practice and routinely defends individual clients and Condominium Associations in Municipal Code enforcement hearings. He has litigated and assisted in the litigation of cases in all levels of Massachusetts’ Courts.
Cameron graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a B.A. in Philosophy with a concentration in Political Philosophy. While in college Cameron interned at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. After college, Cameron attended New England Law Boston while working at the Law Offices of Robert Allen, Jr. in Brookline. Starting in 2009, Cameron worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. In that position, Cameron prosecuted and assisted in the prosecution of a wide variety of cases from drug and gang related offenses to large scale white collar embezzlement in both the District and Superior Court levels. After 2 years in the Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court, Cameron was promoted to Supervising Assistant District Attorney of the Brighton Division of the Boston Municipal Court.
Cameron served for 4 years as an elected Brookline Town Meeting Member before moving from Brookline to Boston. He continues to support Brookline’s civic associations and is active in several charitable and nonprofit institutions and Trinity College Alumni groups. Cameron is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Trinity Club of Boston.

Morry had an extensive career as an educator and vice principal in the Chicago area, in the North Shore of Massachusetts, and finally in Brookline, where he retired in 2006. Morry and his family currently own and operate Olive Connection, a specialty food business in Brookline with a focus on olive oils and vinegars. Since opening their doors in August 2015, Morry, his wife, and his son have thoroughly enjoyed learning about new products, getting to know their customers, and hosting special events in the store. In his spare time, Morry is a ski ambassador at Killington, Vermont, a tour guide at Fenway Park, and a member of the “chase team” for a Hot Air Balloon Pilot in Vermont.

LeRoy J. Watkins III is the Co-Owner and Head of Business Development for Viking Sports, headquartered in Brookline. At the helm of Viking Sports, Mr. Watkins has seen the company partner with numerous municipalities, offering recreational services as a community partner. Mr. Watkins has also pioneered Viking’s private sector expansion by offering sports programs to employers and residential communities. Prior to purchasing Viking Sports, LeRoy was the CEO and Founder of a successful Boston area health and fitness start-up. Mr. Watkin’s business success has been noticed by national and local media outlets, including Business Week, Boston Business Journal, and New England’s Chronicle. Mr. Watkins also personally trains and develops Viking’s staff of over 40 full and part-time employees.

Roger is an attorney specializing in real estate, landlord tenant, zoning and municipal law with an office in Brookline Village. Roger was a legal aid attorney when he was hired to be Director-Counsel of the Brookline Rent Control Board, a job he held for 16 years. He left to work for a real estate law firm in Boston and to attend Boston University Law School part-time for his LL.M in tax law. He has served as President of both the Brookline Chamber of Commerce and Brookline Rotary Club, been a member of the Brookline Advisory Committee, and a Town Meeting member. Roger is President of the Brookline Improvement Coalition, Inc. (BIC), a non-profit affordable housing corporation providing housing to low income tenants. Roger is also a volunteer with the Brookline Legal Assistance Bureau (BLAB) providing free legal consultations at the Senior Center for low income senior citizens.
