Nick is the Catering & Events Manager / Catering Sales Director for Paris Restaurant Group, and is the face of their brick-and mortar location, The Paris Creperie, in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner. In addition to focusing on customer satisfaction, Nick’s longtime commitment to Paris Restaurant Group includes managing a unique financial model of open book management, which gives employees a stake in the financial health of the company. As the Co-Chair of the Chamber’s annual holiday celebration, Nick brings the fun… and the crepes… to the Brookline community.
